I do what I can

Hello blogglites! Similar to that of Seattleites...and when speaking of Seattle, one must think of Twilight. Of course? So, last night the new Eclipse part of Twilight came out and with a tiny bit of embarrassment, I could not wait to go see it tonight. I actually just got back from watching it with my lovely roommate. I think it's funny how I've seen all 3 movies with her. It is such a tradition that I honestly don't know if I could watch it in theaters with someone else for the first time. First time after Dos Amigos with Morgan and then the second after a football game and concert with Betty and Robert. Good times, Twilight. Now, I won't talk about the movie (or how much I love Jacob Black) but I think this picture is what needs to be on for today:

Anyway, the past two days have been marvelous. I got to talk to Mom (Stacey) yesterday! She called right as I was going over to watch the Portugal/Spain game with Christine (LA FURIA ROJA!)and honestly it was so nice to hear from her. Apparently her summer is going a bit like mine and despite how much I love getting paid/working, watching the World Cup and being a bum...I think it's time I make something of this summer. I need to get on it. I know I have long term goals but why not make some short term ones? I like lists and crossing things out on them so that may be a nice remedy for many things. Perhaps I can use Caribou cups for inspiration-who knows. I'm very excited that this weekend is coming up. I need a breather. Too bad I'm not in Boone for an App Manor reunion. Now...on to finishing the Harry Potter books. Number one on my list of things to cross off.
